1.) A copy of the executed agreement between the Jefferson County Commission and City of Fairfield that pertains to the ownership and operation and revenues of the sanitary sewer in the City of Fairfield. Possibly adopted in February of 2000.
2.) A copy of any ordinance or resolution of the County Commission adopting the agreement.
3.) A copy of the sanitation sewer unification agreement between the County and the City, which would have been executed on or about April 15, 1998.
4.) A copy of the deed or other instrument under which the City conveyed its sewer system and any sewer easements to the County.
5.) A copy of the bankruptcy filing under which the County scheduled its liability to the City under the Agreement and a copy of the order from the bankruptcy court under which the County believes it obtained a discharge of that liability.
